The Mondrian, designed by famed Dallas architect Thomas Brink, is a 20-story high-rise located at 3000 Blackburn Street in the Cityplace neighborhood of Oak Lawn, Dallas, TX. The building is located at the corner of McKinney Avenue and Blackburn Street. A central high-rise tower 20 stories high containing 146 dwelling units anchors the structure's postmodern theme. The tower is joined by 72 two-story urban loft units. At street level, there is approximately 20,000 square feet of retail space.

Continuing it’s mission of mercy, the Ronald McDonald house of Dallas is one of the largest in the country. With sixty rooms, this facility provides a caring, homelike atmosphere for families of children in need of treatment. Some rooms even come equipped with kitchens. There is also a full commercial kitchen, dinning room, family rooms and meeting rooms. CSC proudly provided the environmental controls for this project. From stand-alone guest rooms, to condenser water controls and a discreet central plant, CSC was honored to be part of this project.

This 29 story, 305 unit apartment building is among the most unique in Texas. A jewel of the ever changing down town Austin sky line along 5th Street, the Monarch by Zom also features 9,500 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. The Monarch was a finalist for the 2010 NAHB “Best High Rise Apartment” Award & won the 2010 Aurora Award for Best Commercial Land Use – Multi-Family Residential. CSC provided total building control to include the central plant, stairwell pressurization and smoke evacuation and high-end stand alone controls for the individual rental units.

Built in 2006, then renovated and expanded in 2012 in 3 phases, this Kimpton hotel prides itself on providing one of the most unique guest experiences in the DFW area. With 93 guest rooms, meeting rooms and restaurant, the ever changing exterior lighting scheme reflects the warmth of the guest experience that awaits visitors inside. CSC provided a Johnson Controls BACnet system that not only allows the on-site property managers immediate access for all of their comfort needs, but remote access by any one in the Kimpton chain who may have need to monitor and adjust the system.

CSC provided not only the environmental controls, but multiple items key to obtaining LEED Gold certification. Primary among these was variety of meters and sub-meters for electric, water and thermal energy.
