When Textronix needed space for 475 additional employees in the DFW market, they took an environmentally conscious approach. The Dallas Business Journal selected this project as the Best Headquarters or Corporate Campus Move of 2009. With over 100 terminal units and data center, CSC provided environmental control that was critical in achieving and maintaining the LEED Gold certification. CSC provided a LON based Honeywell building automation system, to include exterior and interior lighting control, contributing to the LEED certification of the building.

Originally built in 1935, the Village Theater was known as one of the premier movie theaters in Dallas. After extensive renovations in 2010, the theater now offers 3 screens, with two additional screening rooms, a full bar with food service and a unique seating style. All with digital sound and image. CSC provided base building controls to suit the loads and occupancy requirements for a building of this nature. Additional features of the BAS included CO2 sensors and exhaust systems dedicated to the movie projectors.

When Oncor Energy expanded operations, they took over this 8 story, class A office building in the heart of the Dallas Arts District. Oncor opted for a complete renovation down to the shell and core. CSC not only provided LON controls the shell and core, finish out and central plant, but also installed MODBUS interfaces for UPS & new and existing generators, ensuring that the building can remain operational even under the harshest of North Texas Extreme Weather Events.
